TPG Capital recently completed the purchase of Change Healthcare’s Clinical Claims Management (CCM) business, which includes the ClaimsXten®, ClaimsXten® Select, ClaimCheck, Secondary Editing, and Episode Manager solutions. The transaction establishes the CCM business as an independent company, with an interim name of ClaimsXten Portfolio. Work Location: Fully Remote – U.S.
Position:
The Manager, Marketing & Corporate Communications will be responsible for creating and executing omni-channel B2B tactical plans in support of the marketing and communications strategy, including trade show and event planning. In addition, the Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for tactical planning and support of corporate communications activities, including public relations, customer communications and customer-facing webinars.
For this role, we are looking for a highly organized and detailed team player who has strong communication, interpersonal, project management, and planning skills. This role also requires strong writing skills and experience with project management tools and customer engagement tools, such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support development of consistent omni-channel tactical plans and campaigns to support the overall marketing and communications strategy.
- Planning and coordination of annual tradeshows, marketing and educational events
- customer communications plan and distribution process
- Development of marketing tools, literature and presentations for campaigns, educational events and product launches.
- Creation of presentations, sales and other marketing assets
- Tracking and data analysis of communications and marketing projects/events
- Development of marketing and communications content, including white papers, digital, and webinars
- Provide exceptional marketing support in relation to fact finding, information gathering, customer insight and presentations.
- Develop key marketing and communications reporting and KPI dashboard
- Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in marketing, and communication
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes
- Demonstrated integrity, with the ability to provide rapid, accurate response to confidential/ sensitive requests
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, producing correspondence that requires little/no additional editing
- Demonstrated ability to learn the marketing process and participate in tracking and analyzing marketing data
- Bachelor’s Degree
