Job Summary
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an experienced full-time, office-based paralegal to join our growing Sponsor Contracting team. Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal support services to Medpace Contracts Attorneys including but not limited to:
- Review sponsor and vendor contracts;
- Review confidentiality agreements;
- Process and distribute executed contracts; and
- Draft termination letters to vendors
- Manage, mentor,train,develop, and assign workload of a team of paralegals
- Act as the main point of contact for contract database;
- Provide contract process support to internal teams;
- Support Contracts Attorneys with legal research;
- Develop and draft training and process improvement documents; and
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field;
- 5-10+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or contracts administrator;
- Preffered people management experience;
- Preferred contract management system experience; and
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel.
