TONYMOLY USA, a leader in the K beauty industry, is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Brooklyn-based team. This is a HYBRID role. This pivotal role will play a key part in propelling our brand’s growth through innovative marketing strategies. We’re looking for someone with expertise in influencer marketing, particularly on the booming platform of TikTok. You’ll leverage your creativity and data-driven approach to develop and execute impactful campaigns across all channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and achieving stellar results.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
- Focus on creating impactful campaigns that resonate across all channels, with a special emphasis on TikTok and influencer collaborations.
- Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, media, email, PR) ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Manage influencer relationships, particularly on TikTok, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts.
- Utilize data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns for optimal ROI.
- Oversee external marketing agencies to ensure high-quality work aligned with brand strategy.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and consumer behavior in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
- Identify and seize new marketing opportunities that align with the brand’s vision and target audience.
- Craft impactful marketing campaigns that resonate across all relevant channels.
- Participate in marketing budget creation and allocation for strategic resource utilization.
- Develop influencer collaboration strategies to generate engagement and boost sales
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns, particularly with a focus on influencer and TikTok marketing.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and the ability to effectively integrate various marketing channels.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce optimization and digital marketing best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of turning complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a knack for fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Passionate about the beauty industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and consumer preferences.
