Condé Nast’s brands have a passionate global audience that is unparalleled, and Vanity Fair’s global brand marketing team is charged with working closely with editorial to determine where and how Vanity Fair needs to show up in the world to drive relevance for audiences and advertisers.This role will support the brand marketing team in driving commercial revenue, working closely with editorial, category-led creative strategists and other cross-functional partners (e.g. Condé Nast Entertainment, Creative, Research & Insights, Events) to ideate, build, and socialize brand programs with both global importance and local expression, curated for the platforms and nuances of each market.The ideal candidate is passionate about the culture of Hollywood, Film, TV, Fashion, and a strategic, fast-moving marketer who recognizes the unique opportunities that Vanity Fair unlocks in the hearts and minds of our audience. Candidates should be energized by the idea of forging a new path in the media landscape and excited to tackle new creative challenges every day.Role ResponsibilitiesHandle daily interactions with internal stakeholders to help shape and vet brand-led revenue requests for both U.S. and multi-market programsIdentify creative opportunities by understanding Vanity Fair’s audience, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to help differentiate us from competitors.Consult in brainstorms and work with category-based teams to marry advertiser initiatives with creative concepts that are authentic to Vanity Fair’s ethos and voiceHelp articulate the brand’s GTM to educate global sales and marketing teams on full suite of products, initiatives and partnershipsWork closely with team to develop and package sponsorship opportunities for editorial tentpole events (e.g. Vanity Fair Oscars Party)Evangelize editorial programs and products internally and externally. Act as internal spokesperson, attending sales calls to articulate and sell-through partnerships when warrantedDevelop proactive opportunities to draw endemic fashion and non-endemic (e.g. Auto, Tech, Finance) advertising partners to the brand across all platforms (e.g. print, video, digital, social, experiential)Role Requirements2-3+ years qualifying experienceCandidate must have some experience and a passion for content publishing, brand marketing or digital mediaDemonstrated detailed thinking, exemplary accountability and follow throughInsightful problem solvingNext-level attention to detail with an appreciation for process documents and trackersWork ethic and interpersonal skills that inspires collaboration and motivate creative thinkingAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExtremely strong communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of and passion for fashion is a plusThe expected base salary range for this position is from $62,400-$80,000.
