Although we offer a complete benefit package for all of our full-time associates, all of our associates are provided the greatest benefit of all which is “opportunity”.Job DescriptionTo provide support for Associate Services CenterResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:¨ Act as liaison for all associates.¨ Act as a back-up to participate in stand-up meetings with managers and conduct morning stand up meeting in Associate Services.¨ Develop associate communications network within the resort, via bulletin boards, department communication boards, posters and flyers.¨ Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Associate Services Department.¨ Maintain filing of all related associate forms and ensure all are secured to meet HiPPA & PCI requirements.Specific Functions:¨ Communicationso Prepare weekly Power of One & updateso Monitor & update notice boards at entrance & legends and email to remote locations.o Monitor ASC messages & shared email folders,¨ Vacation/Sick Time Management –o tracking and routing approvals to Payroll and providing associates information to Lincoln Financial Management¨ Training – coordinate & setup New Hire Orientation & other leadership training eventso Enter sign in sheetso Enter certifications onto Ultiproo Maintain logs of Safety Training¨ Safety – Works with departmental management to ensure that Safety Training is alive and well in departmental meetings, stand up meetings, and in the consciousness of each hotel associate.o Represents ASC on Safety Committee with monthly meetings.¨ Annual Health & Wellness Fair – Assist the DASC to Coordinate the meeting rooms, vendors and all activities associated with the Wellness FairHotel Specific Essential Functions:¨ Communicate & arrange BEO for associate events.¨ Maintain & organize file room ensuring that paperwork is easily located and is securedOther Functions – Assist with Carrer Fairs, New hire entry in UltiproAssist with any monthly associates funtionsQualificationsQualifications and requirements:¨ At least one years previous human resources experience¨ High School diploma or equivalent¨ Bachelor’s degree preferred¨ General knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration¨ Proven experience handling worker’s compensation and other medical leave of absence claims¨ Proven experience in managing vacation/sick time requests and approvals¨ Experience in coordinating new hire orientations and other training classes for associates and leadership¨ Experience with marketing and event planning¨ Experience with preparing payroll information
