Salary: $85,000-$110,000+

We seek an experienced Audit Supervisor/Manager to join our Louisville-based team! The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with an eagerness to grow and a passion for becoming a trusted financial advisor to their clients.

What You Will Be Doing

The Audit Manager will be responsible for the training and support of the firm audit staff in addition to:

– Review current processes and share recommendations to streamline and/or enhance policies and procedures

– Support and motive audit and senior staff, as well as review work to ensure accuracy

– Ensure client understanding and provide frequent updates on the progress of engagements, problems, and resolutions

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit policies and procedures and educate the team on any updates to processes

– Manage and maintain billable hour budgets and address any concerns with over/under concerns

– Lead multiple accounting, auditing, and client engagements efficiently and with accuracy

– Research and identify complex issues and come up with/recommend creative solutions

– Other miscellaneous tasks and supervisory duties as directed by firm partners

What You Need for this Position

A minimum of five years of recent experience at a public accounting firm and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or a similar discipline in addition to:

– Experience with the audit process from plan to completion for high-net-worth clients

– Demonstrated success in the development of new business and extended service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients

– Strong and effective analytical and problem-solving ability

– Proven leadership skills
