Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and needed repairs
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software (CCC)
- Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, costs, and timeline
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and confirm estimates
- Work closely with the Collision Center team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely repairs
- Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, supplements, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training in automotive repair is a plus
- Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Service Advisor, or other related role is a plus!
- Experience with CCC estimating software is a plus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
