- Prepare for Perfection: Replace boards and fix up the exterior of homes prior to painting, ensuring a perfect foundation for our painting projects.
- Diagnose and Estimate: Walk around the house with the homeowner to diagnose what should be replaced and provide an accurate estimate for the cost of the work.
- Organize Materials: Order and gather necessary materials and supplies to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Document the Process: Use the app CompanyCam to document the process, providing clear and detailed records of the work performed.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship, delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Your Skill Set:
- Experienced Carpenter: Previous experience as a carpenter is required, with a strong understanding of woodworking and exterior home repairs.
- Tech-Savvy and Solution-Oriented: Demonstrate proficiency in using technology efficiently, particularly for documentation and communication.
- Project Management Pro: Strong project management, analysis, and critical thinking skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and purpose in all interactions.
- Customer Service Champion: Deliver exceptional customer service, making every interaction memorable and meaningful.

Your Qualifications:
- Driver’s License and Vehicle: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to carry a step ladder and power washer.
- Experience Counts: Previous experience in construction management or estimating is preferred but not required.
- Educational Excellence: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Industry Insights: Knowledge of the painting industry is a significant advantage.
