Description du poste:
In accordo e sotto la supervisione dell’Executive Chef, la risorsa:
- è responsabile per l’esecuzione della propria partita
- sceglie gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti
- misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
- controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate
- supporta la brigata in caso di necessità
- collabora con il resto della brigata nel riordino e nella pulizia del proprio posto di lavoro a fine servizio
In agreement and under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the resource:
- is responsible for the execution of his own work
- chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
- measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
- checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different dishes
- supports the brigade in case of need
- collaborates with the rest of the brigade in the reorganization and cleaning of their workplace at the end of the service

Contratto a tempo determinato ì(da subito), con possibilità di proroghe e/o assunzione
CCNL Turismo, con retribuzione commisurata all’effettiva esperienza della risorsa scelta
Disponibilità full time su turni (pranzo/cena) da lunedì a domenica con due giorni di riposo
NON è previsto l’alloggio

Fixed-term contract (immediately), with the possibility of extensions and / or hiring
CCNL Tourism, with remuneration commensurate with the actual experience of the chosen resource
Full time availability on shifts (lunch / dinner) from Monday to Sunday with two days of rest

ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
Tre anni di esperienza nel ruolo
Completano il profilo la passione, le capacità decisionali, la gestione del tempo e delle risorse e il team working
diploma or qualification in the hotel sector
excellent knowledge of the Italian language
Three years of experience in the role
