You will ensure compliance of financial information (for tax and statutory accounts purpose) with local Gaaps and IFRS.Responsibilities Also Include:Prepares statutory accounts and monthly financial reporting in line with IFRSManage monthly tax charge and annual tax returnsEnsure accurate monthly tax declaration (VAT; customs & duties…)Coordinates information on all changes in local regulation principles regarding accounting and taxesEnsure monthly closing files elaboration with appropriate supporting documentationControls and manages all payroll entries & accruals and payroll interface in SAPEnsure accurate documentation of all provisions and employee benefits (pensions)Reconciliation of IFRS/Statutory equityPrepare and ensure accurate reporting RS and tax packageSupervision of complete accounting ledgers (receivables, payables, fixed assets, general )Promote, explain, control Internal Control framework within his/her perimeter. Monitor and drive Internal Control improvement plans to mitigate risksUpdate accounting procedures,Ensure close coordination and communication with site accountants supportPrepare and ensure relevant documentation for external auditors and tax auditorsSupports documentation for grant, tax credit and subsidiesContribute to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.People management: Supports the training and career development of finance people. Creates a proactive team within his/her perimeter and help identifying high potentials.What You Should Have:Minimum of 5 year’ experience in related fieldBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field requiredExperience in managing a teamCPA or equivalent requiredJoin us!
