Progressive regional firm has a new opening to suit an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their L500 rated team.Our client has a leading reputation for corporate and commercial law and is home to a team which handles quality transactional work (including company acquisitions, mergers, demergers, MBOs/MBIs and joint ventures) as well as commercial contracts and company law work.Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint a solicitor with corporate and/or corporate/commercial experience gained with another recognised corporate team.
