Applicant must demonstrate the ability to follow directions closely, interpret plan drawings, and have exceptional communication skills.Responsibilities:Read and interpret shop drawings, create cut lists, cut and build productTake projects from start to finish in the building phasesWork in fast paced manufacturing environmentAdhere to all company policies and standardsWork as an integral part of our manufacturing team to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency possible.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years in the custom building, cabinetry or carpentry fieldAbility to operate all basic power tools as well as bench tools and larger equipmentWorking knowledge of CAD, Sketchup or equivalent softwareAbility to work in a “just in time” production systemLift 50 lbs. unaidedAbility to work well as a positive and upbeat team member, and lead by example.Willingness to train in other areas of our manufacturing processesJob Type:Full TimeSchedule:4 Day 40-hour work week!! Regular schedule is Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM to 4:45 PM.Overtime as necessary
