Direct a team of application testers and identify opportunities for system improvements to support the exceptional experience our customers love.Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor and develop team of System Application Testers, ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.Ensure existing systems and processes are adhered to, and identify improvement opportunities.Direct large-scale IT projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service leadership when escalation is needed on IT issues.Serve as a liaison for Customer Service, building and maintaining relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree.5+ years of management experience in operations or customer experience, including coaching, developing and motivating a team.Experience with project management, IT testing methodology and systems implementations preferred.Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.BenefitsComplete medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage and other wellness programs.401(k) with 6% employer match.
