Job Description Summary: At VIVACE, we’re seeking a D2C Marketing Manager to join our Brand Architect team. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to help drive brand awareness and lead to conversion. This role will work closely with the CDM, SOM, sales, creative, and product development.

Job Description:

Consumer Marketing Management

Developing Marketing Strategies

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness, trial and repeat at scale, and deliver on monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Developing and managing media planning and communications: brand strategies, objectives, target information, market priorities, planning, etc.
  • Developing and implementing key marketing programs and activations, including product launches, promotions, and PR.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Defining and monitoring key metrics to assess initiatives and drive brand success.
  • Analyzing marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Providing regular reports to management to showcase the impact of marketing efforts on business goals.

Budget Management

  • Building and managing an adequate marketing budget, optimizing the use of all internal resources, agencies, and selected vendors.
  • Managing the marketing budget efficiently to allocate resources to different campaigns and initiatives effectively.

Content Creation and Optimization

  • Conducting thorough research on relevant topics to generate valuable and engaging content.
  • Developing straightforward, concise content that aligns with the brand’s voice and target audience.
  • Collaborating closely with the content team to create and schedule engaging social media posts.

Social Media Management

  • Managing and monitoring of various social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all social media platforms
  • Providing insightful recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and voice.

Website Management:

  • Managing and updating website content using content management systems (CMS).
  • Collaborating closely with the design and development teams (CDM) to ensure website optimization, user experience improvements, and adherence to SEO best practices
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Brand Management

Brand Strategies

  • Assisting the BA director in setting up the brand vision, strategies, positioning, identity, future goal, and marketing plan for VIVACE
  • Analyzing consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop product strategies for new product development.
  • Planning new product development and revamping plan for VIVACE

Team member Management

  • Reviewing team members’ yearly goals and KPI based on the team’s goal and KPI.
  • Managing team staff’s assigned job functions
