- This role is supporting two groups: 1-extracting raw data and manually sifting through to complete a request.
- This could include tables, charts, graphs, formulas etc.
- Comparing months/years of raw data.
- Needs to be expert-level in excel 2-Someone supporting the development team to create automation and piece together 3 systems (EHealth, QuickBase and Emeet).
Additional job functions:
- develops, researches, tests, and implements business process improvements, procedures and system changes
- responsible for the design, development, and implementation of data models and reporting solutions that meet business reporting and analytical objectives.
- In addition, they will also be responsible for helping to establish efficient processes to maintain data models and ensure data accuracy and stability.
- This individual will serve as a liaison between IT and business to actualize data requests and the functional delivery of business reporting needs.
- The candidate will own reporting projects from end to end (gathering business requirements to deployment and fixes) and manage ad-hoc requests.
- This person must be able to prioritize tasks and proactively communicate priorities.”
Job Description
- With direct supervision, support and adhere to established business policies and procedures to support the department’s ability to meet reporting and data file distribution commitments.
- Monitor group email box and distribute work, as needed, to area of responsibility
- Monitor reports, and coordinate with appropriate business owner to ensure integrity of data within our databases
- Maintain automated reporting scheduling tool tasks and distribution lists as requested by business areas
- Maintain report inventory records to ensure accurate distribution of batch processed data files
- Maintain records to ensure easy identification and accurate reporting of client-specific and book of business data elements through the use of various tools such as .txt and .csv files, database records and user interfaces
- Provide first level technical support for systems/reports of responsibility; escalating problems to second level support and notifying management as necessary
- May deal with vendor relationships in regard to systems/reports of responsibility
- Run queries to ensure data integrity by identifying obsolete, inactive and inconsistent records
- Two to four years of office experience with experience in reporting and documentation/record maintenance
- Proficient with word and spreadsheet applications Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills for moderate problems
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
