Desirable Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts
- Assist attorneys in preparing discovery and formatting documents
- Managing litigation deadlines and calendaring, with understanding of deadlines
- Self-starter who is well organized and can handle multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize work
