Leidos is seeking an Endpoint Device Management Manager to support the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) contract. This position has a full scope of endpoint device management with hardware, software and mobile device support and will assist in building cutting edge solutions to solve complex problems with the right technologies, working through an agile development and release process to support critical customer mission goals. They will also support research, engineering, and development of innovative solutions to support operational missions. This work includes engineering robust infrastructure, end-point capabilities, cloud implementations and enterprise operations.

Primary Responsibilities
Engineer, deploy, and provide sustaining engineering support for our customer program.
Provide support and consultation on the design, plan, execution, and deployment of M365 workload migrations including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams.
Provide technical and operational subject matter expertise for M365 and SharePoint Service adoptions in the organization.
Able to work autonomously, provide guidance to the team when necessary, and be able to adapt to changing requirements.
Provide strategic planning for ongoing engineering designs, development, and improvement of infrastructure, including requirements and implications as they relate to contractual and business requirements and recommend solutions to Management for consideration.
Stay knowledgeable of current and newly emerging technologies, regularly analyzing and evaluating impact and benefits to the customer by providing recommendations to management
Perform software analysis, design, development, and test of specific requirements related to Windows, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
Determine system and software specifications and architecture to meet customer requirements.
Experience taking input from multiple sources and integrating it into coherent software
Experience developing Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications
Apply understanding of technical issues surrounding the designing, building, and testing of software development kits supporting mobile applications and cloud platforms and frameworks
Apply research skills to identify various methods and solutions to complex software challenges
Basic Qualifications
Ability to apply System Engineering principles and processes
Perform software analysis, design, development, and test of specific requirements related to Windows, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
Determine system and software specifications and architecture to meet customer requirements.
Strong communication skills to interface with internal and external customers
Experience taking input from multiple sources and integrating it into coherent software
Experience developing Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications
Apply understanding of technical issues surrounding the designing, building, and testing of software development kits supporting mobile applications and cloud platforms and frameworks
Apply research skills to identify various methods and solutions to complex software challenges
Experience designing, configuring, and deploying a hybrid M365 environment
Ability to develop and document overall System Level design, function, requirements, and performance criteria
Ability to troubleshoot and correct system level problems and issues
Experience managing a team in a fast and complex industry
Able to mentor, train, coach, and supporting staff
Strong attention to detail
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional growth
Obtain & maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Must be a US Citizen
Typically requires BS degree with 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.
Pay Range: Pay Range $105,300.00 – $162,000.00 – $218,700.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
