Summary
This position will be responsible for capturing our CEO’s voice and assisting in strategic communications pieces.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit speeches and talking points for our CEO for high profile events and guest speaker opportunities
- Work directly with our CEO in order to understand his point of view and voice
- Write and edit a variety of material using plain language, including press releases op-eds, blogs, and articles
- Develop strategy for messaging on all topics related to Chobani
- Capture the CEO voice in remarks, speeches, presentations, and other written material
- Identify suitable stories and messages and pitch them to the CEO and leaders
- Writes and/or evaluates preliminary drafts and offers suggestions to executive leadership
- Support strategic communications plans by crafting a cohesive message in line with Chobani’s values
- Identify opportunities for our CEO to speak and make an impact
- Develop communications campaigns that tell the story of Chobani, give a voice to our brand and executives, and overall enhances our corporate reputation
- Leverage insights to help make decisions and drive our corporate narrative
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (a master’s degree is a huge plus)
- 15 years working experience, food, CPG industry, or political experience preferred
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with an extensive portfolio of published work and narrative ability
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, with a strong understanding of messaging and reputation management
- Trustworthy and credible; high level of integrity and excellent sense of judgment
- Ability to understand and bring diversity and inclusion into work
- Strong people, influencing and relationship skills built in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive and entrepreneurial-minded
- Ability to quickly adjust to unforeseen changes in priorities and workload, resolve conflicts, and exercise good judgment in complex situations

Compensation Range: $185,600.00 – $278,400.00, plus bonus.
