Title of Position: Facility General Manager
Job Description: The Facility General Manager will oversee all areas of operations and floor management. The Facility General Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the venue and direct supervision of the venue management team. The Facility General Manager ensures all company standards, policies and procedures are adhered to. The Facility General Manager must ensure that guest satisfaction is the number one priority of the venue team. The Facility General Manager will maintain personal integrity by abiding to and supporting our company’s core values and principals through leadership, positive attitude and with joyful energy.

Qualifications:
· The Facility General Manager should be action oriented and have initiative
· Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Facility General Manager

· The Facility General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
