Join our vibrant family law firm in Kansas City, MO, where we are committed to delivering outstanding legal services in all areas of family law.Position Overview: We are looking for motivated Associate Attorneys with experience in family law to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of family law statutes and procedures and will focus on providing compassionate and effective representation to our clients.Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas
- 1-6 years of experience in family law
- Strong grasp of family law statutes and procedures
- Experience in Parenting Plans, Child Custody, Child Support, Agreements & Modifications, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Termination of Parental Rights, Domestic Violence, and Orders of Protection
- Litigation experience
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
