URGENT NEED FOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY POSITION
The Associate Attorney will work closely with our Dallas team to support the Firm’s clients in a manner that is consistent with our core values and vision. The right candidate will be energetic, and detail-oriented with 5-7 years of family law experience. The position includes significant client contact, and the attorney would be expected to be comfortable managing their own docket. The position provides an opportunity to grow professionally as the Firm grows.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact with retained clients
- Proactively and efficiently manage cases from beginning to end
- Best client services, ensuring clients are up to date on the status of their case and feel informed about their options
- Thoroughly document case progress through defined processes, as well as help develop those processes in response to client needs
- Review, organize, and analyze client documents and document production
- Review pleadings and other legal documents
- Meet with mentoring attorneys to regularly share information and define strategy
- Sit first chair on family law hearings and trials
- Participate in marketing activities to promote the Firm and professional development
Job requirements:
- Licensed in Texas; 5-7 years of family law experience
- Solid understanding of the Texas Family Code and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
- Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
