The Graphic and Motion Designer is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission. Their primary focus is to provide engaging content and dynamic experiences for various platforms and channels.Responsibilities:
- Design, write, pitch, and execute original, creative, and engaging digital content for a wide range of businesses, clients, and audiences
- Design user experiences and effectively craft communication through design and motion graphics
- Adapt, be willing to learn and evolve your skillset as needed
- Consult and collaborate with clients to advise them on best practices and work together to achieve the best possible result
- Embrace the creative process and work in a collaborative atmosphere with a team of creatives to ultimately create the best work and deliver the right solution for the ask, while exceeding expectations and meeting deadlines
- Work under the direction and guidance of the Video Production Manager
- Manage workload through iMeet Central and adhere to established project management processes, workflows, and organizational systems
- Collaborate with teammates across departments, implement customer feedback, innovate on strategies, and help develop best practices
- Confidently balance daily and weekly deadlines with department initiatives, utilizing multiple tools
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Portfolio submission required for consideration
- Proven design chops; must be comfortable with and flexible enough to design layouts, ads, UX, and other content including motion graphics and animation in a variety of styles, adhering to client brand guidelines as well as any client instruction and guidance from the Video Production Manager
- Video editing, keying and compositing, and experience working on a camera crew is a plus
- Working knowledge and demonstrable experience working in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Media Encoder, and Photoshop are required
- Experience working in Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and InDesign is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design/Motion Graphics preferred
- Professional experience in agency or in-house design or video production preferred
- Excellent organizational, written, storytelling, and communication skills
- Be able to use independent judgment to improve the solution we provide to a customer
- Passion for helping clients and businesses
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented attitude and aptitude
