Position: Design and Production Leader
Responsibilities:
As the Design and Production Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our creative team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Taking charge of a small team of designers and print production staff, guiding them to success through your unique blend of urgency and a results-driven mindset.
- Client Collaboration: Engaging with clients to understand their company’s mission, discover their passion, and providing effective advertising solutions across various platforms, including vehicle graphics, commercial graphics, signage, printed films, and web advertisements.
- Creative Direction: Offering creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Project Management: Monitoring, assigning, and managing team projects to ensure they meet or exceed deadlines, utilizing project management software to document progress and track hours worked.
- Collaboration and Goal Setting: Collaborating with the Design & Production team to establish daily goals, find solutions to sudden changes in workflow, and evolve the design process within the department.

Pay:
$23.00- $28.00 per hour

Our primary products include branding implementation and window film; think building graphics, wall murals, window graphics, and window tint.
Additional Requirements:
- Expert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs with an emphasis in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience working with Wide Format or Grand Format Printing
- Preference will be given for candidates with Bachelor’s degrees, Associate’s degrees, Adobe certifications, as well as previous design, web development, and print/production experience

$23 – 28 per hour
