Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer should be experienced in the graphic design field.
- Generate and manipulate graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into multimedia programs.
- Develop digital images, illustrations, artwork photography, animations, videos, and other products for use in electronic (e.g. website, social media) and print materials (e.g. reports, articles, presentations, factsheets, newsletters).
- Ensure suitable access to digital photography for use in products and create as needed.
- When requested, Utilize and document design principles and high-resolution imagery with appropriate copyright and 508 compliances.
- Product and reproduce all requested materials.
- Produce graphic art and visual materials for informative and instructional material.
- Identify and compile imagery from available stock photography for use in products.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of experience generating and manipulating graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into multimedia programs.
- Must possess expert knowledge of knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for informative and instructional material.
Preferred/Desired Experience
- Experience working with military/veteran populations using the associated vernacular.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Professional Certifications

Formal Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in applicable fields strongly preferred
Citizenship Requirement
U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
