About the Role:We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Honest Abe Roofing Corporate. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and help bring our brand to life through compelling visual designs.Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality graphics for a variety of platforms, including print (brochures, flyers, signage) and digital (social media, website banners, email marketing).
- Brand Development: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visual assets for our multiple brands.
- UX/UI Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create user-friendly and visually appealing website interfaces that improve the overall user experience.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to understand their needs and translate concepts into effective visual communication.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure our designs are modern and relevant.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a franchise or multi-brand environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including traditional and digital content.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
