Summary The Graphic Sign Technician designs, fabricates and installs signage to meet specific organizational needs using a variety of software applications, production equipment, tools and other techniques to design, fabricate and install signage.
Job Description
The Graphic Sign Technician uses a variety of software applications, production equipment, tools and other techniques to design, fabricate and install signage. Has daily interactions with customers and other project team members, with customer experience and service being a priority. Assists in detailed signage project plans including cost, schedule, and resource requirements. Organizes efficient processing of work requests; secures estimates and responses in timely fashion. Able to read work orders, blueprints, plans, datasheets or site drawings to determine work to be done. Researches and verifies customer needs and expectations. Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications Trade school or vocational school in graphic design related field preferred.
One year of previous sign design and creation required.
