Job Description
HR Administrative Assistant needed in Concord, NH. This is a temp-hire position paying between $20-$23/hr. DOE. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, software skills with various platforms (ATS, HRIS, Payroll & ERP) and a foot in the door with growing company that has a lot to offer employees.
As the HR Administrative Assistant your primary responsibilities will be providing administrative support to the HR Manager and local HR Dept. Specific tasks will include; scheduling interviews and meetings, coordinating new hire onboarding, answering general inquiries to HR or directing to the appropriate contact, and special projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience or education in Human Resources and basic understanding of Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Compliance
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, confidentiality, and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office (word, excel, outlook) and ability to learn other software quickly.
Expected Salary
$20 – 23 per hour
