Job Title: HR Compliance AnalystJob DescriptionMaintain and manage the HR information system to ensure data accuracy. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for HR decisions. Assist HR staff with system-related questions and troubleshooting. Implement updates and new features in the HR information system (ADP Workforce Now). Conduct audits for compliance, identify gaps, and make recommendations based on data analysis. Manage employee file projects and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the HR information system to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for HR decisions.
- Assist HR staff with system-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Implement updates and new features in the HR information system (ADP Workforce Now).
- Conduct audits for compliance, identify gaps, and make recommendations based on data analysis.
- Manage employee file projects and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Track relevant compliance data to ensure compliance.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Quick and independent learner.
- Understanding of basic HR functions.
- 2-5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, SQL, and V-lookups.
- Experience with heavy auditing and reporting.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- SQL experience preferred.
Work EnvironmentOnsite for the first 4-6 weeks of training. Flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with a requirement of 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday. After training, the role requires 3 days onsite per week. The position involves behind-the-scenes work, interacting internally with the HR team.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 – $47.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
