Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator is responsible for the full onboarding cycle, employee status changes, separations, and all HR operational administrative functions. Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards. Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Two (2) years minimum of HR experience required.
2. Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
3. Microsoft Office skills required.
4. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
5. Demonstrates an attitude that values “people” through the service HR provides.
