Junior Graphic Designer Print Production
AlphaGraphics-Cherry Hill is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team! Candidate must have graphic design work history. Strong creative skills combined with technical proficiency are required for this fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities in a print production environment with a passion for all things print and design! This position is on-site in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Responsibilities include:
- Produce quality, creative design work.
- Pre-Flight customer supplied files and prepare for production.
- Setting up files for small format digital presses, large format vinyl printers and cutters, laser cutters, and other large format machines.
- Work with Senior Graphic Designer, Production Manager, and Sales Team on creative projects from concept to production.
- Remain up to date on changes in the graphic design industry and software.
- Interpret customer requests.
- Effectively communicate with customers, management, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to coordinate multiple project deadlines.
- Working knowledge of current Mac and Windows OS (Office is Mac based).
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite required (Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop).
- Large format printing and design experience preferred.
- Experience as a Graphic Designer – Print industry preferred.
- Knowledge of XMPie – uStore, uCreate, and uProduce a plus.
- Portfolio Required.
Reports to: Senior Graphic Designer, Office Manager, and Owner.

Compensation is determined through current market value and experience.
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
This is an in-person position without the opportunity to work remotely.
