As a Lead Carpenter with a focus on residential experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:Lead Carpenter – Residential Construction Experience:
- Lead and participate in carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom finishes.
- Demonstrate advanced carpentry skills and techniques to maintain high-quality craftsmanship throughout the project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any carpentry-related issues that may arise during construction.
- Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters and laborers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections of workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures and address any deficiencies promptly to maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all team members and subcontractors.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to residential construction, safety standards, and building codes.
Lead Carpenter – Residential Construction Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter in residential construction.
- Extensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used in residential carpentry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
