Key Responsibilities:
Case Administration and Organization:
- Profile pleadings and correspondence.
- Perform factual investigation, cite-checks, preparing exhibits and draft declarations.
Discovery:
- Play a crucial role in discovery processes by creating witness outlines and binders for comprehensive trial preparation.
- Establish master exhibit indices and databases.
Trials and Arbitrations:
- Take charge of trial exhibit preparation, including trial exhibit lists and depositions.
- Manage trial logistics.
- Construct war and trial rooms..
- Develop witness binders and trial preparation binders.
- Provide daily trial assistance, showcasing your commitment to supporting the legal team throughout proceedings.
- Be prepared to travel for trials and arbitrations, often for extended periods.
