The salary range for this position is $106,674 – $133,455 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Total Rewards offerings also include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental and vision insurance, flex paid time off program, parental leave, employee discount/perks, a retirement plan with employer contributions, Summer Fridays, opportunity to work from anywhere for two weeks in the summer and July and December wellness/shutdown weeks for applicable positions.The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, KVD Beauty, Lip Lab, Ole Henriksen.POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for owning, creating and executing innovative and holistic international brand marketing strategies. This role serves as the key strategic marketing partner for Fenty New Development across cross functional department, international regional offices, retailers and key agencies across the globe.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help develop and support overall global marketing plans and implementation across all marketing levers, including but not limited to social, influencer PR, paid media, channel, digital, experiential, etc.
- Help manage marketing planning, activation and execution for new launches as well as ongoing core support
- Creative idea thinker with the ability to craft marketing themes and activations to support brand initiatives
- Ability to brief & guide creative in an effective way with both internal and external teams fruition while maintaining strong communication and feedback sharing skills
- Compile and analyze data, trends and insights to create data-based recommendations and strategies
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional partners such as social, influencer, digital and creative
- Work closely with agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing plans
- Oversee the day-to-day marketing needs of the business from marketing activations ideations to implementation
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing on brand
- College degree or equivalent experience related to Marketing/Communications/Hospitality
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry (beauty experience strongly preferred)
- Experience creating 360 marketing plans
- Strong knowledge of social channels from organic and paid media perspective – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
- Organized, detail-oriented and forward thinking
- Strong, effective communication both written and verbal
- Effective relationship-building skills; professional savvy and organizational agility to leverage partnerships across the organization to get work done.
- Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas.
- Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to deliver strong, polished, effective PowerPoint presentations
