Title of Position: Office Administrator
Job Description: The Office Administrator provides all-star support for our President and executive team. The Office Administrator will contribute to making our company an amazing place to work. The Office Administrator must keep the company president and executive management up-to-date on all day-to-day office affairs. The Office Administrator will manage correspondence, maintaining files and recordkeeping including expense reports. This professional will organize the details of the function and will ensure operational compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving. The Office Administrator will report on the progress of the catering events and will be responsible for coordinating with additional departments and will investigate and resolve issues regarding food quality or service. The Office Administrator will closely manage confidential information and provide discretion in all tasks.

Qualifications:
· The Office Administrator must have at least 3 years high volume restaurant management experience
· The Office Administrator must possess a personable attitude and direct incoming inquiries
· A solid understanding of common computer systems, platforms, and software is required of the Office Administrator
· The Office Administrator must understand off premise catering operations
· The Office Administrator will be responsible for contacting, interacting, and establishing different venues

Matt Bodnar began his career by quickly identifying himself has an up-and-coming Hospitality Operations Leader. From 2013 to 2018, he managed small and large-scale events on Yachts in New York Harbor, oversaw Concession-style service in a sports arena, and managed Food & Beverage at an upscale, boutique hotel in Manhattan, before moving to Philadelphia and entrenching himself in the Philly food scene.
