As the Creative PR and Events Specialist, you will be dedicated to enhancing the visibility and reputation of our organization through strategic public relations and exceptional event management. This role aims to build a strong relationship with media, influencers, brand partners, and our customer community. You will organize impactful and memorable events that represent our brand values while supporting our business objectives by communicating our story and creating an engaging customer experience.Job Responsibilities
- Drive brand awareness via brand, influencer and event partnerships.
- Support in the development and nurturing of influencer and VIP relations.
- Effectively manage gifting order placement, shipment, delivery and follow up.
- Implement and uphold effective sample tracking systems.
- Track, manage, and report on all sampling and gifting efforts.
- Assist event strategy, reporting, and presentation.
- Managing event execution and travel booking.
- Assist in content research and testing for social media and digital content.
- Develop PR strategies that enhance the organization’s public image and perceptions.
- Collaborate internally with team members to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Draft press releases, media announcements, and manage media inquiries.
- Monitor brand perception and analyze public opinions.
- Cultivate and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Stay update on industry trends and best practices to continually improve PR activities
