Job Description
AmerCareRoyal Marketing is looking for a creative and brand-oriented product photographer to highlight the best qualities of our product through static and in-use images that are used on our website, in catalogs and flyers, sales presentations and in the marketing materials we provide to our distributor partners in the value chain. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare product for still-life photography while following brand styling to ensure consistency of image composition and lighting. This includes staging the products, such as hanging, propping, organizing, tilting, etc. Set up photo shoot areas, with lighting, camera equipment, props for shoots arranged maintained, arranged and ready for efficient use of the photo-taking schedule. Handle post-production of the images to GS1 Standards. This includes removing imperfections, color correction, remove duplicates, naming files, create clipping paths, etc. Organize and archive images. Maintain branded image library, remove old and out of date images and replace with current images. Organize and maintain the companys on-site photography workshop / studio. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems. Liaison with company operations and marketing staff to understand which items need photos, of what type and sourcing the product from stock for the scheduled photo shoot. Arranging with inter-company location managers and external restaurants for action photography of AmerCareRoyal products, in-use. Occasional event photography candid captures of sales conferences, building and team events. Other duties as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of experience using Canon Ecosystem DSLRs or industry equivalent (equipment provided). Knowledge of studio tools, including lighting and software. For example, Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Proficient with PC systems and have a thorough understanding digital format cameras, image quality and outputs such as TIFF, JPEG, etc. Ability to manage workflow, create and meet both personal and group/team deadlines. Must be detail oriented and highly organized. Should be self-motivated and take instruction well.
