Overview
Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos showcasing the hotel’s amenities, rooms, dining options, events, and local attractions.
- Storytelling: Develop narratives that highlight the unique features and experiences offered by the hotel, creating engaging and appealing stories for potential guests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Equipment Management: Must provide own equipment.
- Post-Production: Edit videos using software tools to enhance quality, add effects, and optimize for various platforms (social media, website, advertisements, etc.).
- Content Optimization: Tailor videos for different platforms, considering optimal lengths, formats, and styles for each (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from stakeholders and guests to continually improve video content and strategies.
Skills:
- Videography Expertise: Proficiency in shooting techniques, lighting, composition, and using professional video equipment.
- Editing Skills: Ability to edit and enhance video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Creativity: Capacity to develop innovative ideas and narratives to make the hotel stand out in a competitive market.
- Understanding of Marketing: Knowledge of marketing principles to align video content with the hotel’s branding and promotional strategies.
- Adaptability: Being able to adapt video content to suit different platforms and target audiences.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring video content aligns with the hotel’s brand guidelines and maintains high quality.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
