Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain, and execute facility quality management system, including:
- Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits
- Coordinate and support external accreditation audits
- Identify, coordinate, and resolve nonconformance (CAPA – Corrective And Preventative Actions)
- Maintain, sort/delegate, and drive defect tracking and corrective process (BIQ – Built-In-Quality)
- Create and maintain quality training, documentation, and their repository/library
- Generate and report periodic quality status to facility management
- Secondarily, assist in execution of other general facility compliance policy items as related to safety, security, information protection, etc.
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, or a quality management system in a testing or calibration environment
- Working knowledge of various engineering, manufacturing, and/or quality standards and practices
- Strong data entry, processing, and analysis skills
- Microsoft Power Platform experience (PowerApps, PowerBi, PowerAutomate) including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Project Management experience / knowledge
- Other compliance management and/or process auditing experience
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to work within a team environment
- Facilitate/support compliance and/or safety management
- Self-starter w/ strong time management and organization skills
Education Requirements:
- Associate degree (or equivalent on-the-job training), 2-years of technical school, or relevant apprenticeship program
- Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree is overqualified
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:
