Responsibilities: • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Sales scripts • Close sales Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Tech savvy • Past sales experience is preferred • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience About Company: Keller Williams Somerset is Metro Detroit’s most collaborative office.
