Job Description
As Plastipak’s Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you play a critical role in the build and execution of our talent attraction and engagement strategies. You leverage your expertise and consultative capabilities to bring Plastipak’s employer brand to life, reach and motivate target talent pools and reinforce our brand through meaningful touchpoints across the candidate journey. You maintain the Recruitment Marketing Hub and assure cohesive, effective campaigns are deployed across our footprint.
You Will
Support employer branding and talent acquisition strategies as the recruitment marketing subject matter expert.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and the local landscape, then translate into recruitment campaigns true to Plastipak employment brand and tailored to the talent pool.
Maintain the Recruitment Marketing Hub, updating assets and creating new content, collateral, templates and branded items.
With a focus on the candidate experience, write and refresh candidate touchpoints, including careers sites, job postings, candidate communications and correspondence. In addition, oversee online reviews and posts along with drafting and posting responses.
Work with our programmatic advertising partner to optimize our return on investment.
Use data and analytics to measure performance and feed continuous improvement.
Keep abreast of trends, best practices and recruitment marketing technologies.
You Have
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of (two) 2 years of experience with recruitment marketing and/or employer branding.
Working knowledge of recruitment and social media platforms.
Proven ability to execute comprehensive talent attraction campaigns, utilizing a wide variety of mediums and channels (events, community-based channels, online, print, etc.).
Exceptional written communication skills, including copywriting and editing, creating fit-for-purpose documents and presentations.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong relationship building and consultative capabilities.
Data and analytics skills, with an understanding of how to measure marketing performance.
