Regent at Burnsville is hiring a dynamic, resident-centric Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you will represent our Independent Living and Assisted Living options to prospective tenants.
As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be nurturing relationships with potential tenants, their families as well as networking with various community partners and referral sources and sharing our history and vision.
Our ideal candidate for this position is an experienced customer service driven individual who is able to build new community relations and attract new tenants in the senior healthcare industry.
This position is Full-Time, but open to flexibility in terms of schedule.
Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in marketing efforts by supporting the branding of Regent at Burnsville as well as Cassia as a whole.
- Establish and foster professional relationships with partners and potential tenants through a prospect-centered sales approach.
- Promote and coordinate events to attract new tenants and community partners.
- Provide tours of the property and process rental agreements.
- Partner with Regional Director of Sales and Marketing Leadership in creating an effective marketing plan and executing it.
- Act as a hospital liaison between hospitals and our Independent & Assisted Living sites.
- Lead monthly marketing meetings.
- Utilize CRM tools for occupancy success.
Sales and Marketing Manager Preferred Requirements:
- 1+ years of recent experience in senior living or similar setting, ideally in full continuum.
- Previous experience in a marketing or sales position in an IL/AL/MC/CS community.
- Working towards or has a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health care management, related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in creating quarterly marketing plans.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional time management and communications skills.
