The ideal candidate should have experience in working with teams across the globe and be able to speak English & Spanish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists to executives is key to be successful in this role.The opportunity:· Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.· Code, debug, test, document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.· Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution.· Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions.· Optimizes efficiency, cost, and quality.· Influence and improve customer satisfaction.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:· 5-6 years SAP Functional expertise· Fluency in Written & speaking English.· Fluency in Spanish· Experience working with north America based customers would be a plus.· Should be working in CST time zone· Should be available in VC without notice during working hours.· Should only work from the agreed location.· Be available in video for stand ups and other meetings.· Be available to work from local office on need basis.BenefitsEmployees receive eleven (11) paid holidays, two (2) weeks of paid vacation per year, and are eligible for health, dental, disability and life insurance.What we believe:We proudly embrace the values that have shaped UST since day one.
