You Are:
The SAP Senior Engineering Professional plays an important role in the success of Adobe’s Finance team. The candidate should be knowledgeable of industry-standard SAP Finance processes. They must also have a varied technical background which includes object-oriented development in ABAP.
The Opportunity:
- This senior engineer must be able to work effectively with globally staffed cross-functional teams, manage multiple work tasks simultaneously, and deliver complex object-oriented engineering solutions across a highly integrated landscape.
The scope of the work includes solution design, project-centered implementation, features implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support. * Own project roadmap, drive scope/timeline discussion, track, identify, & resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, milestones, and program artifacts across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout.
- Cross-functional coordination for project socialization, planning, dependency management; and business/executive alignment.
- Prepare and maintain program dashboards, status reports on work within the scrum team, Steering Committee/Executive briefings, SLC (Service Life Cycle) checkpoint artifacts along with all program-level communications.
- Present information to technical and non-technical audiences ranging from team-level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates.

What you need:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project/program management, portfolio management, SDLC, software, SaaS, and/or related industry with SAP Finance experience.
- Strong awareness of SAP S4HANA Finance
- Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor approach for project success: Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience influencing global product engineering and business teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver on schedule.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills to persuade, encourage, and inspire others.
- Self-motivated and not afraid to resolve unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $84,000-$126,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
