– Conduct research on case law and regulations.
– Manage case files and coordinate document production.
– Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
– Assist with deposition preparation and trial briefs.
– Attend court hearings and legal proceedings.
– Handle administrative tasks to support attorneys and firm management.Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate.
– 3 years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law.
– Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Familiarity with legal research and document management software.
– Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
