Description:The Service Delivery Coordinator, Dispatch role is crucial for efficiently managing field operations by tracking work orders, trouble tickets, and technicians through a specialized database. This position ensures the seamless coordination between customers, supervisors, and technicians, aiming to meet company and customer goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Order Management: Ensure 100% of work orders are closed out daily.
  • Balancing Priorities: Maintain a balance between service orders and trouble tickets.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow dispatch procedures, report shortfalls, and suggest improvements to the Dispatch Supervisor.
  • Customer Coordination: Schedule and coordinate installations with customers.
  • Technician Notification: Notify technicians of any cancellations before their scheduled arrival time.
  • Professional Communication: Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • System Proficiency: Demonstrate clear understanding and use of the computerized work unit system.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office tasks and other assigned projects.
  • Order and Ticket Management: Pull in service orders/trouble tickets as needed to fill the day.
  • Reporting: Send out daily install reports.
  • Multitasking: Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • GPS Monitoring: Monitor technician GPS throughout the day.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain the accuracy of work units and trouble tickets via the maintenance calendar.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries professionally and document appropriately.
  • Database Maintenance: Input and maintain an accurate computerized customer work order and trouble ticket database.
  • Field Support: Provide support to field technicians, including basic provisioning of services.
  • Workflow Understanding: Understand work order flows and processes.

This role requires exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of field services and maintain high customer satisfaction. Requirements:What you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in the telecommunications and wireless industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer and office applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong independent communication skills, both oral and written, with customers, employees, supervisors, and managers.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Availability: Flexible to work any day from Monday through Sunday, with varying schedules based on rotation.
