The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist for an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Provides expert assistance across the task in support of the task lead and CHCO
Conducts Review of HR initiatives
Supports Workforce of the Future development
Assists CHCO with Requisitions and staff allocations
Assists customer with Human Capital strategy for the Right, Trusted, Agile Workforce (RTAW) across the IC and ODNI
Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM), 18 IC Agencies, Narsil Task 7 and PM, DEIA Lead, Advocacy Lead, Security Lead, Enterprise Mission Lead
Processes/Activities: Strategic Planning, Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Assessments & Evaluations, Training, HC Initiatives
Tools: MS Office, POP 2.0 expertise required
Basic Qualifications
Ten years of experience and a M.A./M.S. degree (or 18 years with a B.A./B.S. or 24 years with no degree).
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
Pay Range: Pay Range $105,300.00 – $162,000.00 – $218,700.00
