- Perform complex traffic engineering tasks and exercise sound engineering judgment.
- Prepare PS&E documents, traffic impact analysis reports, and other related documents.
- Function as technical specialist or project manager within a team-oriented environment.
- Supervise and train other professionals and technicians as needed.
- Contribute to technical growth of the team.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years traffic engineering experience including design.
- PE license required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- A commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in designing traffic signals or ITS
- Hands-on experience with traffic analysis software
- Experience leading tasks and training junior staff
- Interest in marketing
- Engagement in professional organizations
