- Handle all aspects of real estate transactional related to real estate commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements, business structuring, lending and financing, construction issues, liens,, and contracts, easements, development, and condominiums
- Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters.
- Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other documents
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in Real Estate law.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Mid-Level Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney
- Active license to practice law in the state of Virginia.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong understanding of local and state land use regulations, zoning codes, and real estate development processes.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage caseloads effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with public speaking, negotiation, and client interaction is preferred.
