Tandem HR is hiring a VP of Marketing for a full-time remote position.

Tandem’s marketing department has a long-standing presence supporting the Sales team and is shifting efforts to focus on performance-driven marketing. We are looking for a growth hunting Marketer to have a proven track record and playbook to formalize and scale our programs in the following areas:
- Lead generation
- Sales enablement
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Account-based marketing (ABM)
The VP of Marketing will lead or support the following strategies closely integrated with the Sales team. This position will sit on our Executive Leadership Team. The initial team is two direct reports with the opportunity to expand the team through proven results in the following:
1. New client acquisition: drive a winning mix, weighted towards paid and organic digital, for lead volume and lead quality to gain more than our fair share across buyer personas and sales targeting strategies.
2. Unlock value by boosting yield from lead to sale: evaluate customer conversion funnel and innovate around opportunities to reduce breakage and maximize throughput of CRM and integrated Sales & Marketing programs.
3. Maximize marketing spend: Map out a series of phased learnings to improve the quality of leads and conversion rate through quick wins and fast fails
4. Sales performance optimization: support Sales with insights and tools for onboarding and training that increase MQL to SQL conversion and decrease Sales team time to revenue.
5. Increase broker sales: integrate with the sales team to attract channel partners and increase penetrationKey Responsibilities:
