Bonney Staffing has partnered with a local company seeking dedicated and physically capable individuals for Warehouse Picker Packers, Forklift Operators and Team Leads in this fast-paced warehouse environment.These are full-time, permanent opportunities located in Biddeford, Maine.Details:ScheduleWarehouse Picker/Packer: Schedules Vary, Monday to Sunday, 4 day/week, 7:00 a.m to 5:45 p.m, 9:00 a.m to 7:45 p.m or 12:00 p.m to 10:00 p.mForklift Operator: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri – 7:00 a.m to 5:45 p.m, Mon to Thurs – 12:00 p.m to 10:00 p.mLead: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun – 11:30 p.m to 10:30 a.mYard Driver: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sun – 9:00 a.m to 7:45 p.mPay Rate:Warehouse Picker/Packer: $18.00Forklift: $21.35Lead $24.60Yard Driver: $28.00The Warehouse Picker and Packer Associate is responsible for picking and/or packing orders, label printing, inspecting products for orders, and utilizing specific equipment to pick, pack, and kit products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs.Duties & Responsibilities:Pick orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded.Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.May be required to operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers. Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets. Mark and label shipping boxes or products per DOT, IATA, IMDG regulations. Report missing items or quality variances to direct supervisor.Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.Ensure the facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.Communicate and report any incidents.May perform housekeeping duties.Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.Qualifications:Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred, but not requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not requiredBasic computer skillsAttention to detailPass Background and Drug ScreenThe Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Equipment and utilizing the lift equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs.Duties & Responsibilities:Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution such as standard sit-down or stand-up forklifts, clamp, and picker equipment.Load, unload, and store products and/or materialsStack and/or transport materials and products to designated areas.Use equipment to scan product and print labelsComplete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.Complete cycle count as requiredPerform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucksEnsure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.May perform housekeeping dutiesMiscellaneous tasks as assigned by SupervisorQualifications:Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
